Holly Fowler is the Founder and CEO of Wable, a groundbreaking social networking app designed to foster meaningful connections within the neurodivergent community. Named in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2025, Holly created Wable after identifying a significant gap in digital platforms that truly support neurodivergent individuals—an idea sparked by the acclaimed series Love on the Spectrum.With a background in marketing and broadcast radio, Holly made the leap into entrepreneurship to build a more inclusive digital world. Wable features customisable colour and sensory settings, in-app support, and innovative networking tools that empower users to form genuine relationships and access neuroinclusive employment pathways.
Through Wable, Holly is transforming how neurodivergent people connect - creating a safer, more supportive online space and helping to combat the isolation often faced by the community.

Craig Mason
Non-Executive Chairman
Over 35 years of expertise in the finance sector, has held diverse senior leadership roles in Investment Banking. Has collaborated closely with ASX, ASIC, and APRA, particularly in Custody, Third-party trade execution, Clearing and Fintech Compliance and Corporate raising services. Presently serving as the Executive Chairman of Complii (ASX:CF1) and Non-Executive Chairman of Trade for GoodCraig is expanding his portfolio through Wable by assuming the role as Non-Executive Chairman of Wable. With a personal tie to the neurodiverse community, Craig not only brings essential corporate expertise to the company, but also carries a sincere dedication to aiding neurodivergent individuals in establishing meaningful connections.

Director
For more than three decades, Jamie has played an active role in corporate advisory, investment banking and law, gaining extensive experience across diverse industries such as financial services, agriculture, resources, private equity, media, technology and biotechnology.
Jamie possesses extensive expertise, both as a director and founder, in steering start-up ventures toward remarkable success and is motivated to propel Wable onto the grand stage of thriving companies.

Michael Theo is an actor and host of MR A+ with Michael Theo, a podcast with the mission to being love and light into everyone’s life.
Michael was a star on the hit ABC show 'Love on the Spectrum’.
He has also played roles in the series Hardball and more recently the lead in Austin.
Michael plays an advocate role in the mission and growth of Wable. His life experiences help in key decision making and future planning for Wable.

COO/CTO
Over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, leading early-stage opportunities and working within and alongside high-profile global corporates.
Founded Exchange Technology which was acquired, following which he managed the sale and implementation of the expanded range of SaaS financial services products across Asia.
Group COO & CTO of Complii Fintech Solutions, managing the group’s operational and technology teams. He leads, designs and rolls out new products to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Provides COO and CTO leadership to Wable.

Jodi Rodgers
Relationship Counsellor and Sexologist
Jodi Rodgers is an Australian sexologist, counsellor, and special education teacher with over 30 years of experience working in the fields of education, disability, and sexuality.
She is best known for her role as the relationship counsellor on the award-winning TV series Love on the Spectrum, where she supports neurodivergent individuals in navigating the complexities of dating and relationships.
Jodi shares her expertise on neurodivergent communication and relationship dynamics, providing educational content to support and empower the Wable community.

Ambassador
Aesha Scott, a beloved personality from BelowDeck, won hearts world wide with her vibrant energy, quick wit, and genuine kindness. Aesha then went on to become a fan favourite on 'I'ma Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here'.
Hailing from New Zealand, she charmed viewers as a stewardess and built a loyal fan base of over a million followers.
Drawing from her lived experience with ADHD, Aesha advocates for embracing neurodiversity, and will be an integral part of Wable's launch into the US.
